Sunset Maternity Session in Sandy Hook

Jackie and Jagan wanted to memorize the end of their pregnancy by having their Maternity Session in Sandy Hook Beach. They brought with them their fun pup Fozzie who I’m sure is going to be the best big Brother to their little boy. Trying to catch photos with Fozzie once we arrive on the beach was hilarious as he just wanted to play in the water.

The weather was absolutely perfect and we got one of the prettiest sunsets the night we met up. They took me to one of their favorite spot where they actually come and play with their dog on their time off. I always love it when my couples are the ones showing me a place that is familiar to them. It’s always so special.

They just welcomed their baby boy into the world and I can not wait to see them grow as the cutest family.

Sandy Hook is located in the northern part of the Jersey Shore. This State Park offers not only some of the best beaches in New Jersey but some historical sites as well. It’s easy to access from NYC as you can take a ferry in and out. At the northern part of the beach on a clear day you’ll even be able to catch the NYC skyline. The summer is very busy but if you plan to visit off-season you’ll have some of the beaches all to yourself.

Sandy Hook State Park is the perfect location for engagement and couple sessions as it offers a variety of landscapes and backgrounds.
