Sunset Cape Kiwanda Maternity Session

Jordan and Reece originally planned to travel to Europe for their babymoon. And obviously, they had to rethink their original plans. Instead of flying to Europe, they decided to go on a road trip to Oregon and visit everything it has to offer. While traveling the Oregon Coast they decided to capture their pregnancy in Cape Kiwanda. One of my absolute favorite locations on the coast!

Their Sunset Cape Kiwanda Maternity Session was a golden hour dream. They were so lucky to have picked the only day that didn’t rain on the Oregon Coast for their maternity session. Jordan and Reece really wanted to make the most of it and were ready for anything. Even though it was a beautiful fall day, the Oregon coast is always a bit chilly but it didn’t stop Jordan and Greece from running around the waves crashing on the beach while the sun was setting on the horizon. I had such a blast capturing such an important moment of their life. I loved how they were able to be themself in front of the camera, laughing dancing, and running around just having the time of their life before the baby shows up!

Cape Kiwanda is a unique beach on the Oregon Coast thanks to the giant sand dunes you can climb and appreciate the spectacular views from the top. When planning a trip to Cape Kiwanda make sure to take your time to explore the dunes and beach when the tide is low. It will give you the opportunity to explore all of it and see some marine life.
