When I heard of Barnsley Manor Wedding Venue, I really had no idea about what to expect to see in person. The photos you will find when researching the venue are still old photos that hang on the web. The owner Dennis moved in with his family a few months ago to renovate this massive property in Bensalem, PA. His goal is to turn it into one of the best wedding venues in the area in 2020.
As soon as I stepped into the venue, my mind went nuts on all the possibilities you have to shoot around. The raw and abandoned vibe of the building adds to it something very special. As a photographer, I absolutely loved it the way it was! Though I can’t wait to see it again when Dennis will be done renovating it.
The land that surrounds the property is as amazing as the building itself. If you take a walk towards the back and walk through the small alley of bamboo, you’ll find a hidden gem perfect for wedding ceremonies!
I highly recommend couples from the area to check out this unique wedding venue. Only a half-hour from Philadelphia, it’s the perfect getaway for an original wedding!
I had the chance to work with Petunia Bergamot on different projects and weddings. To see more of her work and get beautiful inspiration for your wedding day check out this Winter Elopement and Brooklyn Elopement.
