Handsome Hollow Wedding in the beautiful Catskill mountains
Amy and Colin’s Handsome Hollow Wedding was nothing short but magical. Every single details of their day was absolutely beautiful and put together so well. I was so excited to finally see all the amazing work they have worked on and how their amazing wedding vendor team were going to bring their vision to life. I absolutely love working at this wedding venue. The property offers so many acres of beautiful land with different backgrounds and allows couple to separate their throughout the property.
We started the day with Amy and her friends at the main house where everybody was getting ready. when Colin joined us for the day we then did a quick first look there before we headed to the beautiful ferns and wood area for their portraits. I remember Amy and Colin mentioning how they were so excited to have their ceremony also at this location on the property of their venue. It really makes it so magical. The light coming through the trees landing on all the ferns made it look like a fairy tail. After the ceremony all their guest headed to the barn where the rest of the festivities happened. The cocktail hour looked like an amazing garden party and the reception was so much fun. But what Amy and Colin were the most excited about for their Handsome Hollow wedding was the final fireworks after cutting their cake
Handsome Hollow is the perfect venue for a fun wedding weekend getaway with all your guests. Nested in the heart of the Catskill Mountains it gives you the best background starting with the mountains views, fields and meadow to the forest for a perfect wedding day. It really makes it feel so private thanks to the 93 acres property. Located in Long Eddy, NY, it is a three hours drive from the city. Which makes it fun destination wedding when coming from the city and perfect getaway.
