Chateau D’Aramont Wedding in Verberie France

 

This summer I had the chance to head back home (France) to photograph my friends beautiful Chateau D’Aramont Wedding. They wanted an elegant wedding day so they decided to pick the Chateau D’Aramont only a few minutes away from where they live. The day started at their Airbnb where they decided to get ready together. I absolutely love it when my couples plan on getting ready together. It gave them that special time to spend together before all the festivities. We then headed to the city hall where all their guests were waiting for them to start their ceremony. After their ceremony we drove to a different village called St-Jean-aux-bois and “Oh my god” what a stunning location! I’m so glad we could go there for their wedding portraits as it means so much to them and this village has been part of their journey.

The cocktail hour and reception took place at the Chateau D’Aramont. French weddings are very different from American weddings. Be prepared to eat a lot! And party all night haha! Their reception room was so well decorated with white flowers on the tables and all little details they put together for their guests. They wanted their day to feel chic and elegant to compliment the beautiful castle.

Overall their day was filled with so much love and laughter and so many tears wear shed. It was such a special day to witness and photograph and I’m so glad I could be there for them.
