For their Aspen Hall Wedding in Bend Oregon, Nikki and Dylan decided to invite their closest friends and family. It was a destination wedding for them as these two came from Spokane, WA to celebrate their union. All of their families where coming out of state so it makes sense for them to pick a place that meant so much for the two of them. We met last year for their engagement session and I was so excited to see them again for their big day!
Nikki and Dylan chose to have a rustic elegant theme representing their love for adventures. Before we started their Aspen Hall Wedding at the venue, Dylan and Nikki wanted to have a private moment to exchange their vows. They originally had pick an amazing location but that weekend late in September was already full of snow. So we headed to the beautiful Dillon Falls instead where they could see each other for their first look as well as exchange their vows. Dylan waited with Sinner (The cutest boy) for Nikki to arrive and it was just the sweetest to see them see each other for the first time on their day. They wanted their dog to be part of their day and I absolutely loved that he could be with us the whole time. After exchanging their vows their family and wedding party met us at Dillon Falls for the rest of the photos.
Then we all headed back to Aspen Hall to proceed with their ceremony and reception. Everything was so well decorated thanks to their amazing vendor team including Ponderosa planning as their coordinator and their florist Blomstra. The mountains theme for their table was super fun representing all the mountain peeks from Oregon. Which was also represented on their wedding cake. The night was so much fun and everybody was ready to celebrate and dance with them all night!
Aspen Hall is located in Bend Oregon in the beautiful Shevlin Park. It’s nestled in nature surrounded by ponderosa trees, aspen trees and a little pond. The surrounding of Aspen Hall is public land and accessible by everyone. Ceremonies can take place by the pond under the trees which make it very magical. In the fall it is filled by amazing fall foliage as the Aspen trees turn into this orange and yellow shade. It’s also a short walk to the main trails of Shevlin Park so it is the perfect location for an outdoorsy and forest wedding day. It’s the perfect wedding venue right in Bend Oregon while making you feel miles away from the city.
