Destination Lakeside Wedding in Mt Washington, MA

I don’t even know where to start about Erica and Jeff’s Destination Lakeside Wedding!! They reached out early this year to me and told me they were living in Atlanta Georgia! And that they were planning their wedding in Massachusetts!! Which obviously the first question that came to my mind was “Awesome tell me why this place in particular??” Erica told me about how the location of their wedding meant so much to her and her family!! They planned their wedding over the weekend so all their guests flying from all over the US and even Germany could spend the weekend with them!

Every single person who attended their day made sure to participate in putting the decoration, flowers, tables or even baking!! Their wedding was mostly DIY thanks to all their family and friends, the music came from their playlist on Spotify and we all had pizza for dinner! To me, it just sounds perfect AF!!!!

The festivities started Friday when everybody arrived and Erica and Jeff greeted all of us with a nice dinner and a bonfire! When I woke up the next morning everybody was already on the beach either relaxing, kayaking or even paddleboarding! They had planned a lot of activities for all their guests before the ceremony!

Their wedding day was so relaxed and full of laughter and love! Being able to witness them say I do in such an intimate way even though they had a higher number than most of my elopements was incredibly beautiful! Some of their guests spoke for them during the ceremony instead of the exchange of the traditional vows, everything was so personal. And felt so refreshing to be part of this!

A huge thank you to them for having me capture their day and let me bring along my husband! I’m so excited for all of you to see their day through my lens!!
