Minnewaska summer engagement session

I first went to Minnewaska for a previous engagement session and fell in love with the place thanks to Tara and Matt! Although I didn’t see the lake the first time it was enough for me to set me up!

When it comes to engagement sessions if my couples tell me they want to bring their dog. My response is YESSSS PLEASE!!! Philomena and Jesse have two amazing Samoyed dogs named after one of their favorite show Archer and the movie Harry Potter. I fell in love with Sterling and Hedwig!! They are also the most fluffy dogs I’ve ever seen!

I could not have thought of a better place around us to take Philomena and Jesse’s

engagement photos! They both love adventures and hiking. But let’s be honest, New Jersey doesn’t have the best location so going upstate was the closest and easiest place to go! The Lake Minnewaska and its panorama are just stunning at sunset! I’d go again anytime!!!

They decided to elope instead of having a traditional wedding and I can’t wait to hear where they’ll want to go!!!
