An intimate Rainshadow Organics Wedding

Alex and Ben’s Rainshadow Organics wedding day was such a fun celebration! After having to change their date at the last minute, we were able to make these two had the best time and everything they hoped for!

They chose to come get married in Central Oregon for their intimate wedding, inviting their favorite people to gather in a place they love to visit whenever they can, Bend, Oregon. They wanted their day to be centered around the connection with their guests and celebrating in a way that felt true to who they are. We started the morning in Bend at a stunning Airbnb they had rented for the weekend. The house was so pretty, modern, and large enough to host all of their guests. Alex and Ben both got ready there, surrounded by their closest people, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere. It felt less like a formal wedding morning and more like friends coming together to celebrate something special.

From Bend, we headed towards Sisters for their ceremony and dinner at Rainshadow Organics. Their ceremony took place by the garden where they had set a gorgeous arch filled with local flowers from the farm. It was such a sweet ceremony as it was officiated by Ben’s brother.  All of the floral arrangements and bouquets were sourced directly from Rainshadow Organics.

One of my favorite details of their wedding day was that Alex and Ben wrote personal notes for their guests, which were placed on their plates at the table. It was such a sweet gesture, adding a truly personal touch that made everyone feel appreciated and connected.

At first, Alex and Ben had planned an early day at the venue with a brunch following the ceremony. But when the weather turned out to be a stormy day on their original date, we were all able to switch things around and celebrate them the day before. Instead of a traditional dinner, they embraced the idea of brunch for dinner. Their dinner table was set on the balcony of Rainshadow Organics farm, whic is perfect for a more intimate vibe celebration and exactly what they wanted.

After the celebration at their venue, we all drove back to Bend, at their Airbnb. Surrounded by friends, cake and the best laid back energy, the after party felt like the perfect ending to a day that prioritized joy, flexibility, and being together. Alexandria and Ben’s wedding was a beautiful reminder that when you let go of rigid expectations, you can create something even better than originally planned.

Rainshadow Organics is located on the outskirt of Sisters, Oregon offering farm to table weddings, and with gorgeous weather they are able to set their tables at the center of their gardens with bistro lights creating the mist amazing atmosphere for your day!
